About

PHYLLINGS

(Pronounced Feelings)

"I want to appreciate you without judging, join you without invading, invite you without demanding, leave you without guilt, criticize you without blaming, and help you without insulting.  If I can have the same from you, then we can truly meet and enrich each other."

- Virginia Satir

Phyllings Therapy is a therapy practice that services clients in an office setting, in home and online. We are dedicated to providing high quality mental health services to children (ages 4 and up), teens and adult individuals, families, and couples of Texas. I branch out beyond traditional clinical walls to be able to reach clients in your homes- the sacred places you live, gather and feel safe. As a licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I conveniently service Houston and surrounding areas (in office & in home therapy services) and clients throughout the state of Texas (Teletherapy or online services). My purpose is to provide access to therapeutic care that is convenient and comfortable for all clients. Phyllings Therapy is committed to providing diverse and inclusive therapy services, and welcomes and respects individuals of all gender identities + expressions, races, ethnicities, sizes, nationalities, sexual orientations, religions, elder statuses, family structures, cultures, and subcultures.

My commitment is to continually recognize the many ways that diversity impacts the nature of my work with others; investigate and seek clarification when the work is limited by my assumptions/biases/privileges; and to continually ask how I might use this work to contribute to activism, inclusion, and equity.
