Fees

Initial intake sessions are required for all NEW clients.

Your first session is called the Intake Session. Prior to your first appointment, please read and complete the required forms to the best of your ability. If you do not have an opportunity to complete the forms prior to your session, please plan to arrive at the office 20-30 minutes before your session time to allow time to complete your paperwork.


In office and Online: Individual, Couples, & Family

Regular Session: $170 per 50-minute session.

 

In Home: Individual, Couples, & Family

Regular Session: $210 per 50-minute session.

Payment

Payment will be collected at the start of each session. Please note that appointments which start late or end early are billed at the full rate. A debit or credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients.

 

Insurance

Phyllings Therapy Center is an out-of-network provider so we DO NOT accept insurance outright. If you're unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company and ask about whether or not they offer reimbursement for behavioral health, at what percentage, and whether you need to hit a deductible first. Many of our clients are able to file and receive a reimbursement for individual therapy from anywhere between 50-80% of session cost. Please consult with your insurance company to determine coverage options. I am happy to provide a receipt for you to give to your insurance company if you are eligible for reimbursement. Also, please check with your insurance company, as some policies allow flexible spending accounts to be utilized to cover therapy services and/or cash withdrawals from a flex spending account credit card. I accept cash, all Major Credit Cards and Health Spending Account plans (HSA) / Flex Spending Account plans (FSA) cards.  

It's worth asking the question as you seek the best therapist fit for you. While costs may seem prohibitive to getting care, your health is money well- invested.

 

Payment

Cash and Credit Cards are accepted at time of service.  Payment by credit card needs to be completed prior to session start. 

 

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment time and you have not notified me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of your full rate of Session price.  If you do not show to your appointment you will be responsible for a no show fee of your full rate Session price. Payments must be paid prior to scheduling the next appointment.  You may be required to have a Credit Card agreement on file.

  • For early rising clients, I offer early appointments.

  • For busy and the working class, I offer weekend appointments on SATURDAYS

  • I offer Short wait times to get started & aim to have a 24 hour return call guarantee!

  • I offer Teletherapy services to clients all over the state of TEXAS!
