“A person's a person, no matter how small.”
— Dr. Seuss
I chose to name my therapy practice ‘Phyllings’, because I want to honor my late, beloved mother- Phyllis Gloston. She is the very heart of my work, and I was taught and believe that feelings should be honored and expressed.
Creating a permanent, safe place of healing to memorialize my mom is an everlasting tribute to a life well lived. She always said, “the most beautiful act of life is being of service to others.”
Because her spirit of life is left with me, I am committed to helping my clients build quality lives and relationships that are representative of your true, authentic selves.
